The carapace

So I said I would try and do no more mixing for the carapace. I think the first highlight layer has worked. Scab red, watered down like milk and applied in multiple layers (takes the paint seconds to dry with these quantities going on the model) Next is red gore, then blood red then something else....

I'm happy with the result!
