The first model I have attempted to paint in over 5 years!Stage 1: Assembly. Bit of a PITA to get this one together, top claws were rough!
Quite a few mold lines which I had a go at filing, that made a difference, some gaps which should be filled with greenstuff but I am not going to bother this time around. Very impressed with modern multi part plastic kit from GW, claws are razor sharp!

The colour scheme? some kind of sandy bone concoction, with a feathered or layered carapace of dark dark red to a fiery red.....
